Great hostess gift!
Wow, I think some reviewers here need to seriously remove the stick out of their bottom! It’s a sock monkey wine cover…..it’s meant to be funny and cute; not analyzed over it’s usefulness.
It fit fine over the bottle of wine I gave a friend.
Cute gift idea
This is a really cute gift idea, it looks great on an actual bottle (which is how I presented it) but loose it really is just a sock so it’s kindof weird when NOT on a bottle…
Makes a plain wine gift a lot more personable!
Someone said it’s just a sock with 2 buttons, but I thought the same thing until I went to make one after needing a 5th one and had run out of my Wine Monkey Buddies. The top is fitted for the neck of a wine bottle, not an ankle. These really do make a great conversational piece for all ages. Even older people at my company whom I gave these gifts to loved them and told me how they had sock monkeys growing up.

This is a gift for a wine drinking monkey lover….so, it’s perfect! I thought it was going to be more of a bag but, it is a sock…very funny….sock monkey. I actually thought about getting another one so she could wear them.

I hate sock monkeys and one of the people I work with know this and is always sending pictures of them to me. So, I gave her a gift of a bottle of wine with this on it. It really was cute.
Wine Monkey
Simple, but great. We placed a $30 bottle of wine in it and gave it to a friend at his birthday party. It definitely stood out among all the other plain, CVS gift bags!
